COURSE DESCRIPTION
The Online 40 Hour Director's Training provides professional information for early childhood professionals seeking to further their skills and knowledge in the management of a child care center or new prospective directors that are required by state mandates to complete the training.
The training is divided into 8 Instructional Units. These units focus on the core areas of competency required to manage a child care center. Each student in the 40 Hour Online Director's Training program will receive support from the instructor, an Early Childhood educator, that has over 35 years experience working as an owner of a child care center, in public education as a teacher, a Business Coach and a Bright from the Start Approved Intermediate Level Child Care Trainer.
